“To be fair, it’s still quite unlikely that the EPA would ever raid a LeMons race and slap fines on owners of shitbox Geo Metros held together with rust and mucus”

This joke is old and not funny. You are at the point where everyone uncomfortable laughs to be polite.

because they’re relatively cheap and you get a ton of HP for your money. so 19-year-old TylerSkylerKyler or AidanBradenJadenKaden gets one with mom co-signing his loan, then pulls stunts like in the video. Then when those antics get Cars & Coffee canceled, they’ll mope away muttering “man, this is bullshit!”

It seems like it’s always a Mustang or a Corvette.......

While I agree with your post about any make of vehicle being a POS if not taken care of, I have known a substantial number of people who have bought NEW VWs or BMWs and had significant problems with them (taken care of under warranty, of course).

I love these kinds of stories because every single time I hear of a “Damn BMW” / “Damn Mercedes” / “Damn VW” story it’s always someone that bought a car that was an abused piece of junk for too much money to begin with that had tons of screaming red flags they ignored.

Also it is in my name and if those mouth breathers are excluded on the insurance.

This post has three paragraphs and you refused to read them all. Get back in your first-gen Rouge and get out of here.

Unique? Certainly.

As clickbait as it gets.

Why did Clarkson’s hooning break the car? That’s the part I don’t understand. An M3 should be able to handle that.

I'd rather buy a BMW hooned by Clarkson than a Camaro driven by a Jalopnik employee

The Mustang commited seppuku because it was forced to wear those hideous wheels. Yuck.
