From a fellow introvert in a long term and loving relationship, this is totally normal. You just needed some time alone. Allow yourself to enjoy it, and don’t worry about it. :)

There’s always one person in the comments of an article like this that perfectly exemplifies it. This is exactly why younger people should be cautious when taking advice from their elders.

My parents had similar advice for me, although my dad always emphasized it as, ‘never turn down free money.’

Completely agree. Nothing about her story went the way I expected. I thought she’d turn Nick in multiple times. Then I thought she’d turn June in a time or two. Then I thought she’d turn on Isaac rather than die. Then I thought Isaac would turn on her. None of it happened, and personally I think the story is better

Same. I was actually a little disappointed, though not surprised, that the girls didn’t all walk out with her. I feel like they could have saved her with a show of solidarity.

Don’t be ridiculous. Nobody cares about us women.

Can someone explain to me what people do when they're invited to join the Academy? Do they vote on things now? Do they just get to say they're members? I read the Academy's site but it didn't give me much.

This was a dark episode and I cried like a baby. On the one hand, I’m so glad June got to see Hannah and I’m sure it was good for them both. On the other hand, I feel like it will be harder for Hannah to go back to her new family again.

This was a good episode. I liked that it was a little toned down compared to the first two of the season. One of the things I love about the characters is how they talk things out. I don’t think we’ll ever get a stupid storyline about how things go wrong because of a miscommunication. Kat asked Sutton for a thing.

That’s done in more rural areas of Minnesota, too. Not a full pull into the shoulder, but drivers will often be half in the shoulder just so you know you’ve got plenty of room.

“Seriously, I’ve been in the right lane for miles with no one behind me or in front of me...”

He has been so selfish about June this whole time, and that was the icing on the cake. I’m seeing that other people are reading it as his goodbye to her, which fine. But it’s still terrible to do that to her. At least he didn’t stick around for a response.

Okay, thank you. Yes, Nick is stupid, for many reasons. I’ve seen so much ‘I really like Nick’ and sympathy for him in the comments and I have to admit that it took me by surprise. I’m having a really hard time with him. He is acting like this is so hard for him, and of course it’s not an ideal situation, but think

Yes, he did. Nick no longer has anyone protecting him. He’s so screwed.

I didn’t understand the wardrobe thing either. Is the implication that if you’re doing ‘just the facts’ news or whatever Incite thinks they do, that you can’t be into fashion?

Which is ridiculous, cuz who’s going to beat him for going to Jezebel’s? I know the answer of course, but why is it that men always get to cheat the rules, but Serena broke stupid rules in order to save a life and she gets beaten?

I totally agree about the issues of having these women put ‘back into circulation’ for lack of a better term, but I’m also choosing to believe that the writers know that. I think this is a sign that Gilead is getting a little desperate with a lack of viable Handmaiden’s available. They have to provide Handmaiden’s to

Gianni’s Steakhouse in Wayzata, MN does this too! They bring out all the ingredients and mix it to order. And if 1 person in your party doesn’t want a particular ingredient, they’ll portion that out and continue mixing the rest. It’s pretty cool!

Was that Ilhan Omar I saw towards the end? So proud of her, and (enough people in) my state for electing her. She is doing and is going to do great things!

This could be just because I’m in mourning still, but New Girl. I rewatch it constantly already, so I’m pretty sure I would love new episodes forever.
