copyright and trademark are not the same thing. And her trademark application was limited to the use on merchandise that she might sell or might reasonably be associated with her. ‘this sick beat’ on a t shirt or guitar would be protected, where as the phrase slapped on a heard monitor would be perfectly fine.  

I suppose they could use some sort of complex encryption key. but that only takes care of the transmission. Assuring that the right person opens the file, and then permanently deletes it from their device would be another problem to solve.
