Yeah but where’s the stat on how many people chose not to get Wrex but also not Liara before Virmire thus forcing Wrex to stand down so that you don’t get stuck with one squadmate for the end of that level?

Reminds me of how Spyro 3's skateboarding levels originally had the Mario Galaxy gravity moons that eventually made their way into the second Ratchet game.

No joke, I played with camera shake off this entire time and didn’t even notice!

Funnily enough, with Tiansheng looking like Sun Wukong, a favourite phrase that references how strong the world can be, and a Bruce Lee shirt, he’s an oblique reference to Goku too!

IGN confirmed that it’s the last paid DLC update as well.

You’d think after 30 years they’d figure out how to signpost and nudge the player a bit better. This sounds like excusing poor design in old British sports cars.

It’s still the same through-line and many scenes are not appreciably different and/or merge towards the same handful of outcomes anyway. For example Tuchanka really only differs in whether your Salarian doctor dies (Eve dies offscreen), with some Wrex revenge later if you take a very specific approach.

It’s rather telling that, when doing the revamp of IGN’s Mass Effect Trilogy guides, I was able to sum up pretty much every permutation of every situation in 3 with a paragraph or two.

Funnily enough Mass Effect, especially 3, is actually kinda lax about it. In games like inFamous both good and evil are tracked on the same meter: if you decide to be Good but have second thoughts, you have to earn your way back to Neutral first. Mass Effect tracks them individually, meaning you can play Paragon but

I don’t think it’s a negative right until the games consistently say on the back of the box how massively you experience will differ. I personally don’t mind it, Greg Miller describes it as like a colouring book where we’re all given the same sheet but colour it differently, and this is how I approached Horizon,

Long touted as a series in which players’ choices mattered, Mass Effect 3 notoriously wrapped up the trilogy with three endings that were largely similar in appearance save for different-colored explosions

It’s not *that* much more complicated that installing more storage onto a PS3 or PS4, both of which I was able to do without instructions.

Wasps will fall from any five of the two normal tree types, so the only way to make a Wasp Farm is to have only five trees... but then that ALSO limits your ability to get new furniture and 100 Bell coins from shaking trees as well. I’d look up how many trees you need in total for that and plan around it.

No problem! I have a look on my island where the further away you go, the more “wild” it becomes, because I wanted to retain a look similar to when I first arrived on my island. Thus, weeds fit in very well!

I got ahead of the weeds situation. The game only lets you have 100 or so, so I intentionally placed the weeds in the spots I wanted. Because I had the cap, no more will grow while I’m away!

Also shout-out to the RetroTINK line that has a simple 2X model right on up to the Framemeister-replacing 5X!

OH MY GOD I made it!! : D

“Alright how do I reverse?”
“Hasn’t got one!”

Not a CAR, but Bulma’s AF4029 Capsule 9 Bike from Chapter 1 of Dragon Ball. One of Toriyama’s best vehicle designs, being futuristic and 80s all at the same time.

I’ve had the same thing about the scantily-clad women on the front of every cover. I get WHY, and it says a lot about what people think about GTA characters that the cover girls are used to represent III/VC/SA for the Definitive Trilogy over any of the actual player characters.
