I write game guides so having a Share Button right there to take images, or to record me figuring out a puzzle so I can textually cut through half an hour of “HOW DO I BOULDER”

I’d also like to add that the game actually rips off a bit more than just BotW: you can unlock abilities to hit an enemy up into the air or grapple to an already flying one, making the combat feel right out of Spider-Man, for example. Still one of my favourites of the year!

That doesn’t look anything like a Tesla!

As someone who owns one of every PlayStation console and has a PSone LCD monitor on my desk hooked up and ready to go, I definitely enjoyed Astro’s Playroom. And hearing the reprise of I Am Astro Bot on the title screen legit got me teared up since I LOVED that song in Rescue Mission.

This wasn’t mentioned, but I think a special shout-out has to go to No Man’s Sky and WipEout Omega Collection, which both added full PSVR support across the entire game via a free patch. They’re both NUTS in VR!

If you liked Astro’s Playroom’s music, go check out the Soundtrack to Rescue Mission! Same composer, and it’s even where the Network Speed Run music comes from!

Play Sonic the Hedgehog 360 with the XBO controller and try telling me using that D-Pad is as good as playing on the Genesis.

I use it a lot to snap cool vistas, and it’s REALLY helpful for my job as a guides writer.

But I DO find the Sony controllers comfortable to use. I just don’t understand everyone who says it’s not because that’s not my experience and I can’t conceive of a scenario where it could be. I don’t have my palms GLUED to the sides of the handles, they’re pulled away a bit so that they can operate the sticks

What you’re not even gonna talk about the Share Button, an idea so brilliant that both Nintendo AND Microsoft included one on their next controllers??

The Touchpad was used in EVERY game as the new Select Button.

The TIE Defender looks like what a 6 year old would draw trying to one-up the Interceptor. What a preposterously stupid design!

I’m surprised just “reversing the PS Button controls” wasn’t on the list. Why flip it from what the PS4 did, Sony???

‘cept for the part where I did this on Miles Morales and it reset all of my options, so I had no subtitles, the film grain was back, my camera controls were borked and I was playing on Amazing difficulty, AURGH!

One of my favourite uses is in No Man’s Sky: you have to press through some resistance, then as you hold the button down to take off, the trigger rumbles to mimic the engine whirring up. It’s DOPE.

Now is there a way to invert the PS Button presses? So tapping it brings me Home and holding it brings up the baseball cards?

I remember back in the day me and a few other users of the Insomniac Forums (RIP) made a good enough case for save slots that Insomniac said they’d bring them back for their next game. Lo and behold, Spider-Man had eight save slots! You’re welcome! ^_^

I was actually kinda hoping he’d compare the buttons. Call me nostalgic but the blue DS4 I got at the PS4's launch had the X printed on double thickness, and I liked rubbing my thumb on it so much that when I got a Silver controller (my preferred colour) I actually transferred the X button to it. So I was hoping to do

IT GETS BETTER! Since the low frame-rate is a mod, you can take it off and apply it to ANY OTHER SUIT in the game!

There’s an easy shorthand: the eject button is the one closest to the disc tray. The eject icon is even pointing at it!
