I grew up kinda liking the 49ers, living on the other coast.

I live two miles from the stadium. I used to work from home any time the Niners were playing on Monday or Thursday.

I lived in the SFBA for most of the ‘90s, and then again since 2008.

Part of the reason they avoid Sunday games early in the season, as I understand it, is to avoid hosing Great America too badly. Since Levi’s and Great America share a parking lot, Great America basically closes for the day whenever there’s a home game. (If the evening Halloween Haunt is running, they do open for that,

My grandmother taught me to love the Red Sox and hate the Yankees, to love the Patriots and hate the Raiders and Dolphins. (We didn’t care about basketball, which meant we didn’t root for the one Boston team that managed to not suck.)

As a Patriots fan since the ‘80s, I agree wholeheartedly.

Hi. I’m a mostly-recovered Cowboys fan.

I split the difference. I was a Cowboys fan in Maine, but would root for the Patriots as well. I learned at my grandmother’s knee to hate the Dolphins and the Raiders. (She never forgave them for the Stingley hit.)
