this is what i hate about youtube personalities in general. even if they are shitty people, if they still push big metrics, who cares?
He’s just a good honest boy who did nothing wrong!
Crowds can be such the worst. I’m glad volunteers exist to help clean these things up, but I wish people had more responsibility for their own trash.
Of course it’s exploitative, it’s an aspirational career with a ton of talented, qualified applicants. Most singers and actors in the US can’t support themselves on performing alone, for broadly the same reason. The animation outsource studios in China and Korea are basically sweatshops that make primetime TV instead…
i think the real problem is the pricetag for VR hardware. That’s the main reason i am not involved yet and i spend a whole lot of money on gaming.
I’d hardly call it a bubble, more just a slow growing market full of expensive first gen tech.
Thank god. VR was mostly a scam for VC cash. The headsets were always gonna be out of the price range of the young, poor, Black and brown people coming into gaming. And almost all the games were garbage, shovelware, and/or things that would have been better without VR.
“Whodunnit” board games exist in worlds beyond the stodgy European living rooms we see in Sherlock Holmes Consulting…
It’ll only ever be the “last film” when Miyazaki passes away. At that point I will finally believe him and be truly sad.
Again?!

Makes you wonder what he is willing to do when hundreds of people aren’t watching/listening. I hope she can find safety.

Who knows? ┐(シ)┌ I just tune in to see high speed footage of stuff like 2.5kg gummi bears made of ballistic gelatin getting turned inside out, not for their taste in music, lol.
I’m all for the past, but there really isn’t a fantasy future to LOTR. Elves leave, dwarves die off, and men take over the world. The implication is that post Return of the King the world kinda just becomes our world.
As much as I love seeing somebody on a stream—sadly I still haven’t managed to buy the game —scrambling for cover with almost no health, only to have the bullet that would’ve killed them go *Ping!* off the frying pan on their back, giving them enough time to make it around the corner... The machinist in me knows that…
Eh, it’s not Gollum’s fault. LotR games need to stop shoving significant characters into cameos like they’re peddling tchotchkes at a souvenir shop. I enjoyed Shadow of War, but I hope future creative efforts in Tolkein’s world take a Knights of the Old Repbulic approach and set it either too far into the past or the…
The frying pan in Battlegrounds is one of the best weapons in the game thanks to its bulletproof qualities. And like…
