Well it's a co-production. It was written by Americans*, directed by a Chinese director and a lot of the technical roles are filled 50/50. Your point that the whitewashing claims were unfounded still holds, but it isn't like it was created in a Chinese vacuum.

And not take some creative risks.

He said on HDTGM last week that he was in 4 eps.

I didn't really like the third book, but I think part of the problem was it was trying to cram too much in and ended up barely focusing on anything. If they flesh it out and explore Panem and all of the chaos then it could (maybe) work.

I have a nasty feeling that he'll come to that realisation and then something will happen that'll kill Tara. Attack from the Irish, car accident, vengeful Gemma - I don't know, but I don't think anything will go down to happy/hopeful this season.

It's marketed as Adult fiction (or more commonly Lit Fic) here in Australia, I have no idea why the international markets decided to make it YA, but I know a few people who avoided it because of that label.

Isn't the issue less whether Jax will let her go and more whether Gemma would?

Also if she rolls this quickly on Tara, who is to say she wouldn't do the same to SOA if the Irish or another club tried to get something out of her?

I would be really impressed if Jax let them go, although I don't feel like it's likely.

Yeah but with the Sons there's no guarantee that "no one will get hurt" actually means that. For someone who has been involved with the club for years, he's pretty naive.

She also magically appeared in Ireland so unless she's a fed under deep deep cover I think you can safely assume that Sutter is going to try and pull some supernatural bs here.

Kyle was actually one of my favourite characters on the show. I guess it was more the actor than the character since Kyle was pretty hollow, but I was hoping he'd get a bigger by the end of the series and overshadow Jimmy. He was the only genuinely nice person on the show.
