If she didn’t know it was wrong, why did she try to stop him?

If she knew what he was planning, she’s complicit. I have a learning disability. I didn’t know it absolved me of accessory to murder.
I feel like she read the situation well, and probably did the smartest thing she could. She’s lucky the wolf was a bit timid and that she had the dog.
Breaking up in person (when you feel okay to do it) is the best way to do it. I think you can be the clearest and give everyone the most closure.
So about the whole Zoe Saldana thing, I understand it might be different for African Americans, but I’m an indigenous Australian, which is a recessive gene. In my country it’s a persistent racial issue of ‘half casts’ getting the short end of the stick, in that we don’t ‘look’ black enough to fit into our communities,…
I loooove billy. I used to let my kid watch with me sometimes knowing it’s totally inappropriate and this clip slayed us both. As soon as I recovered enough to breathe again, I said “that’s a wrap. No more Billy” mom of the year over here.
There are no names given in this article and therefore I have no idea who these people are... Intentional?
I don’t like that people need to be physically restrained in someway in order to act like considerate beings... But I also don’t get what is SO GODDAMN HARD ABOUT NOT USING YOUR PHONE AT A SHOW OR A FILM!!!??!
He read Dr Seuss to filibuster, the Democrats spoke for 14 hours and 30 minutes and every second of it was pertinent information to the debate on gun control. Fuck Ted Cruz.
Are you serious? Do you think that people get added to terror watch lists for simply being brown? Did you NOT see how the last massacre could have been obviously avoided if this law was in effect when he went to purchase his death device, since he WAS on the watch list?
WHAT’RE WE CALLING THEM? T-HIDDLES? TIDDLES? LORD AND TAYLOR?
As a regular old straight girl, I actually find him really easy to relate to and he’s made me way more open-minded in regards to sex. I also feel like he does deal with all kinds of relationships and issues. Even if it doesn’t directly relate to me (though it often does) I usually take something from it. Maybe because…
I haven’t heard that reaction to the oral sex advice, but I can definitely believe it’s out there. Which is annoying, because I do think it’s generally empowering — but leave it to entitled people to take something well-intentioned that extra degree too far, to where it becomes a weapon.
I think that like any other advice, Dan’s viewpoints are useful until they aren’t. I don’t mind the oral comes standard because women, especially, often get the message that their genitals are “icky.” It’s nice to have a prominent writer saying no, they aren’t icky, your guy is just being a giant baby.
The real issue is that he pissed off someone who should not be fucked with. EVER. Remember how fast Elijah Wood had to back peddle for merely suggesting that pedophilia was a real, and really old, issue in Hollywood? Anyone who brings up the fact that kiddie-diddling is a thing is immediately threatened with a swift…
Have you looked at the voting data surrounding Prop 8?
I don’t believe he’s ever said anything negative about trans people, exactly, but did have a habit of using the word “tranny” some years ago. (I’m a huge fan of his. I think that because he’s an advice columnist and because of his particular style of writing, it’s incredibly easy to take his words out of context and…
I dunno- I’m fat and I did a show with him and he was super nice to me.
Is there something he’s done I’m not aware of? I have been listening to his podcast for years, and think he’s pretty great.
