I agree, though a series of small moments/incidents would make that more sensible and relatable.

I disagree with the show being "so predictable at times". What other moments would you say fall under that category?

Ouch.
I'm just glad someone from AV CLUB is writing weekly reviews for this awesome, albeit bleak, serialized drama.

"Oh man, Mark marrying a woman of color was not something I was anticipating. That should be a glorious thing to watch come to fruition."

Cool. Thanks for a different perspective. :)

I've heard great things about Mad Men from coworkers, but they both warned me that it's a slow burn before the pay off in terms of drama and intrigue. (And yes, I read this spoiler-filled essay because my sieve-like brain will forget damn-near everything.)

C'mon people…

lol. Good point. The writing for her character hasn't done her any favors.

I think the same thing is playing out on Arrow. In the comics, Barry and Iris were a couple, just like Ollie and Dinah (aka Laurel).

Hmm… what connection?

I thought it was named "Sex Cauldron"?

Nah, Laurel's still the worst. She slept with Ollie WHILE still being in a relationship with Tommy.

Only thing I see Laurel doing is disgracing the memory of Canary with her inept fighting skills. She'll probably improve with Nyssa's help, but how long will that take?

This was sarcasm, right?

Ha! I forgot about that. Even with the time rewind, same result.

In fairness, Cold did say that he likes the thrill of the chase/ the adrenaline rush that comes with being a criminal.

Wells said that a bigger disaster may result because of this altered timeline. I'm just wondering what horrible thing might be coming.

It's funny you brought that up. I was watching season 3 a few weeks back. Woodbury had their own version of Glenn. He had like one or two lines, but I think that's it.

The ED-209 reference killed me.

When you put it like that, it's down right depressing. I really liked this show, but now it feels like a chore to watch.
