Here here. I have epilepsy, and have never peed during a seizure. You can 100% have tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizures without peeing yourself. Lots of people don’t.

I’m not defending the people in the videos (definitely not!), I’m just clarifying that peeing isn’t a defining characteristic of a grand mal seizure.

Thank you. I have epilepsy, I have never peed myself during a seizure. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for people with epilepsy to have delayed diagnosis and treatment because doctors and other medical personnel think that no pee = not a seizure. It’s a dangerous misconception.
