Actually, my fiancé is the worst at this. He leaves cupboards open, fridge open, doors open, drawers open, lights on...

    I am EXACTLY the same.

A manager lost her shit at me and so I lost my shit and sobbed in a very squealing/not really breathing way to a higher manager and basically hyperventilated myself into almost passing out.

I've read the comics so I can't wait to see how they handle it going forward...

I'm getting married back in NZ but my man is from here in Scotland so I'm having two "hens". First one is the Edinburgh one this weekend and I'm so excited! As long as my lovely friends are there and there's booze and silliness I'll be happy.

Yeah it's important to us to have some time to ourselves before the reception and try and chat when we can. Thank you.

11th! Hope your day is wonderful!

    Thank you all!

I keep being told this. Thank you!

Mine is 46 days away. Now I'm even more nervous.

I dont think it'll actually happen but she has a great attitude about it.

April 12th! An awesome post-wedding present for us (wedding is a 11th).

Yes and they all had names which I wrote on the bottom of their feet in marker.

I'm pretty sure Beyonce's random Tuesday is more exciting than anything we ever do.

We only had 3 months in person before he moved back to Scotland. Then a month long visit at the 4.5 months apart point, then I followed for long term when we'd been together over a year and moved in (crazy decision that worked out!). Been together 7 years now, getting married in 8 weeks!

We share a house but have a looooottt of alone time. If it's important to you, anything is workable.

Not fun, they get all twisty.

Thanks, he was a good dude. He was trying to protect her and it ruined his life.

Every time I hear this story I'm reminded of my poor friend who committed suicide late last year 6 months after his attacker was released from prison. He was held in his own home by a man who beat him and his girlfriend mercilessly for 6 hours then walked out the door. He never emotionally recovered.
