Ya’ll are so cynical these days, after Roc Nation stepped up to help these people for only 70% of the take after expenses.

They lost me at self-reporting. Next year it’ll be “There were 50 police shootings, but officers only drew there guns 5 times. Now I know that seems to make no sense but that’s what the reports say. Look how transparent we’re being.”

Ok, taking this at face value as the Phoenix PD really trying to be an... “accountable, transparent organization that is willing to share what we do and how we do it” I still have some questions that should be totally understandable.
