Patricia Heaton said something like this a few years ago. Her complaint wasn't that she couldn't find work that lined up with her values (which I would have understood), it was that people in Hollywood didn't want to work with her when they found out she was conservative.

I didn't think anything could top this Gold Star Family story. And then along comes the Purple Heart story.

It feels like that movie has been out forever. I was mildly interested at first, but I am just sick of it at this point.

I would say a combination. It is not going to light the sitcom world on fire, but it has a good cast.
