i read the wikipedia plot summaries and while it’s not always to be trusted i can’t imagine they were that inaccurate. i’ll watch a few eps ondemand and see if it’s as silly as the summaries made it seem.

is it supremely well acted, and quite different from the books? i’ve read summaries of the books and it sounds all harlequin romance-y and like the sci-fi/fantasy aspect is sort of tacked on to straddle extra genres.
