She's obviously in a very bad situation. Shame on everyone involved. Unfortunately she is really a child. She has two older sisters, parents, people from back home who remember her from before she was pulled out of school to be home schooled. It's really nauseating that this is legal.

She's from Washington, but they got married in California I think. I believe that law allows for people over 15 to be married with parental permission.
