I live near here, I followed a lot of the discussion online in real time and fwiw, I didn't see anything aggressive or threatening. I really like it! Basically people sign up within the first week of the month, we all make enough freezer meals (8-10$ value per meal, each meal feeds 4-6 people) so everyone gets one and then we meet to trade. You end up with a freezer stocked with delicious food.
