@bibdectrl: I like my bloat and I prefer Falcon's Eye to Nethack!

@/dev/nall: I do have it installed. That's what I meant by the secondary app. Perhaps I will try uninstalling/reinstalling both. I've seen a few people making the same complaints on the site while mine was still working fine, so maybe it's something you need to do every month or two...

@Terry: And they want to stay OPEN? Weird!

@Squalor: and this makes even more sense since the banks just had to change how they deal with debit (like making the new default so you can't overdraft or get overdraft fees). They are not getting that money any more, so they've adjusted other places. I'm glad to see that most of these are credit, though.

@31337h4ck3r: Thank you! I've been looking at different laptop coolers and this one looks perfect!

I will say that Wave Secure is really awesome! I got in when it was a free beta, so it would seem I'll never have to pay for it, but it's still worth the price. I really love how it syncs at convenient times and I don't have to remember (it does it while charging once a day).

@TheFu: My last was AMD (and everyone I knew with that model had horrible overheating issues), and this one is Intel. I got this one second-hand from my dad, though. It's a Dell Latitude D820. I think I'm going to have to spend most of my money on a new laptop when Diablo 3 and/or Guild Wars 2 come out. Seriously,

I think my computer would die if I stress tested it. If I was under warranty, I would definitely do it. It gets to 83 C just playing a game on facebook.

@aidman: But it was under warranty and you got it replaced, right?

@jburnaway: I have it sent to my gmail but have it skip the inbox. Sometimes (very rarely), facebook glitches and won't let me see things that have changed in the past few hours (e.g. new comments) and I can read them in my email. I clear it out every month or so (or whenever this happens). I also use this for when

@Matt Kruse: I have not. I read that it was based off of FacebookFixer which has since been updated a lot and renamed FFixer, so I assumed that Better Facebook was outdated.

@Anomaly1: You never had an account. How can you criticize something so harshly that you know little about? Also, I need to quote your comment below. "Most of the facefuck users I know are basically idiots with a computer. Ask them to do anything besides log in to Facefuck and their lost." You called them idiots

No FFixer? I don't think I could go back to using facebook without it!

@sandiegoguy: When I was in Germany, I had Bank of America (They are SO TERRIBLE!). The one thing that was good about them was that they were affiliated with a major bank there and I could use their ATMs to get euros at no fee. There was no percent taken out, no extra fees. It was great.

@jupigare: It's so much better to look for a pdf . If you care SO little about your book that you'll be happy with an international edition, you probably shouldn't be buying a book at all.

@nicole.allum: I wouldn't say they're awesome at all. Black and white, terrible paper, what you said above.

@TyphoidKitten: Yes, the fact that I got an international instead of normal would be prevented with amazon, but the rest would be the same. Also, as another commenter posted, you can't dare to highlight them or write notes on them. It bleeds right through the thin paper. If you don't want any color, don't want to

Don't do this unless you want a black and white book. I ordered a math book from "Canada" on ebay. It then turned out that "Canada" was really shipping from China. They had shown a picture of the normal book, but the book I got had a Chinese cover and had a tiny picture of the normal cover on it. The table of

@DanYHKim: You could also make it be a DVR

@prestono99: I know people who have done this as well as just leaving the no screen laptop at home and connected virtually from on campus on a netbook (the netbook didn't have enough ram to compile and run the code we were working on).
