While in Syracuse, NY on 11/25, my brother and I checked out the Apple Store. My brother was looking for a iPhone 6, 64gb in Black. While in the Apple store we talked to a couple of “geniuses” named Fred and Josh. My brother asked about the iPhone 6, 64gb in black. Josh told us they had one in stock. Jim decided to

Purchased the iphone6 gold 132 GB. Receive it afternoon around 5 p.m. locked it in how I wanted. Charged it all night. The next day I’m at work in a meeting. Expecting a call and email for contracts. Go to grab the phone out of my brief case and upon pick up I notice its so fucking hot I believe its about to explode.

You know at most stores, how you walk in, select what you want to buy, then go to a cashier, pay for it, and leave? Yeah, not at the Apple Store! There’s no cash to pay for things at! There don’t seem to be any lines at all! Just random spatterings of people in different parts of the stores. Some parts of the store

I’ll be honest, ive raged at these bottom dwelers before. i know that lady’s pain all to well #pcmasterrace

Not really a horrorshow, but it always bugs me that Apple has no concept of enterprise level support. I work at a company that buys at least a million dollars worth of Apple equipment every year. Yet whenever I have to take something to the Genius Bar, I have to queue up along with the grannies and teenagers.

As someone who has never met you and lives in New York City, I support this decision.
