I set 4 "normal" alarm clocks, 3 outdated/old cell phones to ring every 5 minutes, and set 2 stereos to blair. One stereo gets louder and louder until I turn it off. It's in the other room, so I walk in there, turn it off.. then go back to bed.

P.S.- Good tip about setting your buddy list to friends only. I'm sure you got an insane number of IMs before that, Gina.
