It's a tough call. For my current job, I wouldn't allow my staff to "work" (i.e. sleep, lounge around at all) at home if it was up to me. Actually, there's a company policy against it. However, at my previous (now freelance) job, many of us work at home. If your job is billable— such as graphic design— proving that…
