In Colorado it is a state law that you can’t collect rainwater. In fact the state Senate just failed to change the law. Rain that falls from the sky belongs to the state. How stupid can you get?

This. My current job is at a very family-culture type place, and while there ARE nice things about that, there’s also definitely a dark side of being “like family.” I’m coming to kind of hate it. Can’t we all just be collegial coworkers, be professional, and get stuff done like adults?
I’m able to take road trips and never eat fast food. You stop and find a small mom/pop diner and have a small meal. Works great and makes the trip a bit more relaxing. It’s not worth the time saved to shovel food in your face while you drive.
It’s still ok to be bored once in awhile, isn’t it? Do we really need to be entertained at every possible second of the day?
The city I live in has many squirrels. Many appear run over in the road. I know of no one that has run over a squirrel. I have never run one over on either a motorcycle or a car. Yet there they are dead in the road. I attribute it to squirrel gang violence. They drag the bodies into the road to cover up the evidence.
