Or maybe she hid the pregnancies both times, out of fear or because she mentally couldn't deal with it, and this time she miscarried instead of going full-term. We don't know for sure. There are multiple possible scenarios, and we can only speculate - and may never know the whole story.

So because she has a baby, she definitely made an informed decision about either pregnancy? You don't think some women - especially young ones - go into denial, and don't discuss it with anyone, until it's past the point of options?

I did not state that this particular young woman didn't have options. I'm not sure she was educated about them. My point was that all women need education and options. If you don't know all the facts and ramifications, how can you possibly understand what your options truly are... what you want to do or what you feel…
