You seem to not know that any level that includes a goal stipulation (no jump, collect 20 coins, etc...) are not allowed to put a checkpoint in the level.

I would rather play a game about picking up dog shit than play a David Cage game.
Or maybe game creators can start doing homages that don’t directly involve Nintendo’s IPs. Sorry, but at this point if you make a Nintendo fan game, you are knowingly asking for trouble and I’m pretty sure you’re doing for free advertising and “woe is me” martyr brownie points.
Pretty sure I had to call the Nintendo hotline when I was a kid.
Do not get swayed, as someone who doesn’t like Assassin’s Creed, I played Odyssey because I was swayed by people who said it was a new experience. I did not like it.
I’m hoping the remaining 4 are Bloodline, The Adventure:Rebirth, SotN, Rondo (I really want those in HD on the go for Switch.
Can I apply this to the single player experience? I played Xenoblade Chronicles on 3DS for about 5 hours and I really don't dig it.
It’s definitely worth your time, but as of now I think Bloodborne is From Software’s masterpiece. Maybe Shadows Die Twice will be the one to dethrone it.
I truly think this is Nintendo’s most underrated series. I cannot wait for a new entry.
Stephen please update your article to praise the outstanding Flip Grip, created by the one and only Jeremy Parish
I'm really enjoying DQ11 and I really enjoyed Ni No Kuni 2 but it was too easy. Now Monster Boy is a phenomenal Metroidvania, I urge you all to play it.
Granted I've only played about 4 Celeste levels, but every time I finish one I'm delighted to put it down in favor of something I actually want to play. Currently it's the delightful Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom, an easy GOTY contender. I guess Celeste was just one of those games that didn't click for me.
Oh no! Was just thinking what a great review you wrote for Red Dead 2. However you’re also a very talented musician, and I wish you all the best in this new (old) endeavor! (As long as you stay on Splitscreen that is.)
Btw, the DPad on the Smash edition Pro Controller is good.
Besides Spider-Man and Forza, this is the most Fahey list that was ever Faheyed.
Still not as bad as Ed Sheeran in Game of Thrones.
So glad you wrote this, I loved the 3D on the 3DS (once the New 3DS came along, that is.) and have been very sad to see them move away from it. Some games look down right amazing in 3D: Link Between Worlds, Samus Returns, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, Ocarina & Majora, and Monster Hunter actually benefited gameplay…
So what am I going to complain about now, Sony!!
No, they are actually worse than we remember.
Meh, I have all these games on PS3/Vita and with an analog stick controller.
