Nice, but they all taste the same. For variety, using the mayo and spices is a nice change. The mayo keeps the bird moist and helps brown the skin. Also, the spices stick to the mayo so the whole bird get flavored.

You can sand off the outer layer of the plastic headlight with fine sandpaper. Try it on a small patch with an emery board. Those plastic lenses discolor from the outside inward. If it’s already pretty yellowed, you’re not going to make it worse by trying to sand a small patch.
