No, I wasn’t impressed by God of War or Last Guardian, and Sony’s VR showing was lackluster at best. I don’t get why everyone enjoyed the Sony conference.

That depends on what the jobs end up being. I would like to think that rarer items and materials require you to do more complicated and/or more difficult jobs; it’s just that now you at least will know WHAT it is that you need to do when you see that you only have 3 of the needed 6 gears to make your next bow.

Well I think the difference there would be that the makers of Call of Duty never claim that the newest installment is the last one. But I see your point.

Honestly all the old content is so easy these days that most of the game might as well be single player. I just defeated the Rise of the Zilart final boss fight recently in about 1 minute because the newer gear just destroys older content.

I can see the “Souls” series in general having a sort of Kojima-syndrome. “No, this really is the last one this time, no, really, this time for sure.”
