Frame rate is important and useful for all games. Not just competitive ones. While yes, priority is obviously subjective. In the end, graphics = immersiveness and Performance/Framrate = playability.
Not outright defending the claim against Hog’s hook but Reinhardt’s charge actively puts him and his team in danger for the potential payoff. Roadhog’s hook works from well within a safe space for him and his team.
