Fizban was always one of my favorite characters. Weis and Hickman made a similarly bumbling, nearly senile, extremely powerful wizard in the Death Gate Cycle... named Zifnab. Lol

I can’t speak to Balan Wonderland, but I agree ME:A is not as bad as everyone initially felt. Plus, I felt the combat in Andromeda was better than in the original three. That being said, I actually dig Peebee (so my opinion may not be worth much to most).

I don’t know about the Warzone stuff but I adore the idea of getting hunted down for not playing the objective.

I assumed getting murdered by Krampus at the end of a hotly contested Call of Duty match would be objectively funny, but it seems players are less than pleased with the mythological creature’s ability to affect online competition so dramatically.

I mean, she’s a dick, but like, she’s an international assassin, they usually are.

Yeah but they’re both wearing wearing warm coats in the BW post credit scene, it’s plausible it’s not snowing in Ohio a few days before Christmas. Yelena does say she’s on Holiday. I mean there’s plenty more logical inconsistencies in BW than that. Like flying from Ohio to Cuba on a single tank of gas in that light…

I think it’s still more likely that Val is working for Ross. Ross really wants his own team. I think Eleanor just has connections with Val via her shady security company.

I really enjoy the two of them as well. I feel like there’s a twist coming with her though, she seems very, very tuned into the Shield/super hero/crime world and we know basically nothing about her backstory or where and how they met.

The Yelena/Kate scenes were everything I needed. Florence is utterly delightful throughout. I really thought the blip sequence was really good, too. I also love Laura and Clint's relationship. It's nice to see them telling each other things instead of CW-style lying.
