How has it been foreshadowed? It took me completely by surprise in the book. I think I even said something like "I can't believe he just did that," out loud (in reference to GRRM, not any character).

Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but Painkiller Jane wasn't that bad. Definitely not in the same league as The Cape or No Ordinary Family.

I haven't met anyone who hasn't liked Fables. Started in 2002 and still going strong, with spin-off series, one-shots, prose novels. This is what I hoped Once Upon a Time was going to be. Get them the first trade and they'll have weeks worth of reading when they want to catch up to the current volume.

Everybody was good in that. The only voice actor I didn't like was Turturro and even he was okay. My only real complaint was how abridged it was- I kept waiting for the otaku kid and the Indian general who nukes himself and was sadly disappointed.

In that middle picture, that's the top (yellow) and bottom (blue) of the phone, right? Where's the headphone jack? Neither of those two holes on the left look big enough to be a 3.5mm jack.

I'm on the fence. I've looked at the WP Marketplace online and there aren't too many holes. I'll miss being on the main platform for new games and innovative apps but if other people get on WP8 hopefully that situation will turn around.

Nope. I loved Dorne. The Sand Snakes are great, the POV royal guard character is awesome, the king (prince?) outthinking everyone while confined to a wheelchair is fantastic. The only lame parts of Dorne are the imported Westerosi.
