Hairworms do mind control, too. They get inside a host then make them drown themselves so they can propogate through the water.

Marvel did that in their Ultimates line. Every European country had a Captain. I'd post an image but apparently I'm the only person on the internet who cares about seeing all of those Captains together in one scene.
Well, the real relationship there is that Joker is a mirror to Bruce's darkness, isn't it? Whether he's a physical threat or not (and I wasn't trying to imply the Joker in that series was a match for Batman, just that he wasn't completely hopeless in a fistfight), Joker is what Batman could have been if his desire for…
Hafa Adai!
I could have lived a long, happy life never knowing there was such a thing as Fournier Gangrene. Thanks, Keith.
One thing I liked about the Fox The Batman animated series was that they made Joker into a physical threat to Batman by giving him a crazy, unpredictable fighting style. Weirdly long sleeves, though.
Ha! True enough.
Joker is dead!?
Why would you include Harley instead of Joker? That makes absolutely no sense.
Holy crap. That Bat Pussy clip was like some insane performance art piece, trying to discover how long someone will watch somebody do absolutely nothing. I can't begin to imagine how much cocaine was being used on that set.
Funny you should use BG's death as a major plot point. I never really thought it had much of an impact on anything. He was directing things but he didn't feel like a major player the way RS, KJ or SB were.
The way they've been doing things, the RW will be the second to last show of whichever season they put it in.
That would be awesome! She gets the best lines on Downton Abbey. I could definitely imagine Olenna Redwyne being the same kind of sharp tongued but really cultured sounding grand dame as the Dowager Countess.
Are they? Hmm. So that could mean we don't get the RW for another season and a half. But that would also mean that Jon's time with the wildlings gets really stretched out. I'd have to think about which stories could really use 2 seasons and which would feel too drawn out.
That's an interesting angle. I'd never thought of that. Seems a little complicated to shoehorn into the few scenes that we'll get of him, though. Unless they're going to expand his role from what we saw of him in book 2/3.
He's about as important as Ser Mandon Moore, meaning he has one semi-important scene. If Moore got a name and his scene, at least give Belwas a couple of lines and his death scene. Who's going to eat those grasshoppers if not Belwas?
So I guess Rickon didn't get eaten by cannibals, then.
They're going to have to get someone great to be Olenna Redwyne. Lena Headey and Natalie Dormer are fantastic, and whoever they get for grandma Tyrell is going to have to pull off being able to eat both of them for breakfast.
They've got to do something with her. She's definitely more famous than most of their side-characters. Harry Potter was a big franchise, even if she didn't have a huge role.
