Elizabeth Henstridge has said that what happened to Simmons in the monolith will be a theme throughout the whole season, so it probably was about fitting everything into the season. But I sort of felt that it was too soon, mainly because I want to know more about that planet...like WHAT was she running from last week.

I had the same theory as most people (that the monolith liquified around Inhumans), but as I was binging the season 2 BluRays I noticed a scene where the monolith did NOT react to the Inhumans in the room...(Gordon calls it beautiful and Lincoln says it is dangerous and Gordon says it is if it’s in the wrong hands—it

I was thinking the same thing...it was kind of stupid for Ward to recruit someone who is sure to become a rival for the head of Hydra.

Yes, in AoS they explain the Kree created Inhumans as weapons in a long war, but they don’t say who the was was with. It could be the as-yet-unnamed Skrulls or it could just be the war with Nova Empire referenced in the Guardians of the Galaxy movie.

The Inhumans movie closes out Phase 3 two months after the end of the Infinity Wars, so I imagine the Inhumans will be the focus of Phase 4...or at least the start of a new direction. Maybe the Avengers will move off to the side and we get to explore a new area of the MCU?

Joss Whedon said he is not going to do a director’s cut because he said it would be “hard”. Guess he is just done with Marvel. Seriously bummed. I think he said that most of the deleted scenes we want in the director’s cut will be on the BluRay.

Yeah, can someone tell me how Thanos plans to break the Tesseract to get it to fit in the gauntlet? Can you even break an Infinity Stone?

I find it hard to believe Loki doesn’t know. I think Loki was being controlled by the scepters not Avengers, but he still made some sort of deal with Thanos for Earth in the same way Ronan did for Xandar. Since Thor knows all about what the stones are, I think we can assume Loki would have had the same education...so

Very briefly when Pym is reloading the red (shrinking) vials to the suit, you see he has a whole set of blue (growing) vials the right size to fit in the suit. So Pym could have been Giant Man in the 1980s & we just didn’t hear that part of the story, or Pym has kept that formula to himself. He probably developed it

Galactus was in FF2, so I don’t know if Marvel owns him anymore. Unless you mean in the comics?

Just looked at some stills—I don’t see a stone, just gold discs similar to those on Thor’s armor.

I had super high expectations so I felt a little let down. I just saw it again (mainly for the opening scene & post-credit scene), but I actually liked it much better the 2nd time now that my expectations were more realistic. I still didn’t think it was very exciting (heart-pounding) but it was a lot of fun. I think

Disney did not even want the farmhouse scene in the movie. Whedon managed to get it in by agreeing to put in that stupid cave scene. Disney basically held Hawkeye’s family hostage...put in the cave scene or we axe the farm. Whedon said part of what he was trying to do was misdirect the audience into believing he was

Absolutely! The line about “none of this makes sense” was one of my favorites in the movie...and in my top 10 in the MCU.

I think a lot of the conflict will come from Tony’s side. Cap being the “bigger man” seems more likely to be nice to Tony, but Tony has so many daddy issues a lot of his animosity towards Cap is like a really messed up sibling rivalry. RDJ even said this not long ago...that that is a big drive in the division between

I believe I read a story that Feige was working on an Spider-Man type deal to bring X-Men into Phase 4!

I am a big fan of the theory Loki never wanted to win the Battle of New York...I mean as messed up as Loki is (and awesome!) even he must know Thanos getting all the stones would be a disaster for everyone, including him.

Ragnarok in Norse mythology is the end of the world, so it wouldn’t surprise me.

That actually makes a lot of sense, especially with the intro of Black Panther. He may have made some kind of agreement with the U.S. government on the condition of a tighter control over gifteds. Perhaps these are the “Accords” preventing Tony from getting involved with Bucky in the post-credits of Ant Man (Feige

SHIELD show (and Agent Carter) are absolutely canon...the show constantly references the films beginning with episode 101, even showing clips from the movies. What is more, AoS introduced the Inhumans which will probably figure into Civil War and will definitely have their own movie later on. And while it may be
