Very true! my hair has always been awesome. Now it's kinda breaking at the ends. It sorta happens when I try to lose weight and cut back on food. I know that you can be well nourished in less calories but it always happens to me. Itchy skin, eczema, breaking hair. I may just stick to being chubby.
I envy women who were sure never really wanted kids. To raise a good kid, maintain a good marriage (I should say GROW a good marriage), have a career or kickass job or business, stay healthy and sane, all of that is too much!
yes it's true!!! My mom lost that small layer of fat and now looks angular. But she has always been really thin (legs, arms, etc.). I am thinking the same happened with her.
