yeah, I think in this neck of the woods when someone says "I am still a virgin and want to wait until marriage!" or "I waited until marriage and it worked out great for me!" they often take as looking down on everyone's choices.

Honestly I don't know how old she is. But to me she looks just like she did 15 years ago! It's amazing. I don't know what they eat.

I know that it has been awful for business to let people buy without a big downpayment but I think it allowed those of us with not enough income to live and save enough for the downpayment jump into the opportunity.
