I found that taking supplements like St. John's Wort Root, Folic Acid (something that is active and has a 5 in it?), reducing foods that I have intolerance to but never knew because I was too poor and food is food, in addition to breathing and meditating has helped incredibly!

sadly, it used to be my litmus test re my skinniness way back before it was a thing. This was when I was in 6th grade.

I'd say that if it's in perfect shape then rock it. If it needs trimming get brave and crop it until it looks like a 2 day shadow. Not super shot but not long to hide the beautiful bone structure you got.
