Not me, but my kid has anxiety issues - and is in grad school as I type. He finally accepted the fact that he needs some help, and the group sessions are working for him, along with anti-depressant/anxiety meds. I just had to deal with depression brought on by family circumstances.

An incidental aside to part of my job is entering vaccination records for kids. (Gotta do something when I’m holding down the fort while other people have meetings.)
