Screening is considered a best practice for a reason. Screening isn't the only public health tool to use, but it is highly important.

HIV is still spreading in America (not to mention Africa, where places like Botswana have an estimated 33% infection rate), where we have a high level of data and resources already set aside for it. Specifically in Urban African American communities such as DC.

That is true. Everyone should be aware of climate change and governments should be actively working (hopefully together) to reduce the impact we are having on the environment.
