Somebody is identified for a blood test screen via a fever screen (because it is a symptom of onset).

Screening is considered a best practice for a reason. Screening isn't the only public health tool to use, but it is highly important.

Ok, I see your stance now.

Look Bear, I like you. I always enjoy your comments here. But in this instance, I don't really know what you are trying to say.

HIV is still spreading in America (not to mention Africa, where places like Botswana have an estimated 33% infection rate), where we have a high level of data and resources already set aside for it. Specifically in Urban African American communities such as DC.

Well that's dark... :)

I'm going to copy / paste a response I gave to someone else here, because I truly believe it's an important point to make.

HIV never became airborne and it is considered a pandemic. Ebola transmits much more easily than HIV does... you can touch someone who vomited on his or herself (and didn't properly clean themselves) and rub your eyes and become infected. Yes, the virus is only transmittable when someone is actively symptomatic, but

That is true. Everyone should be aware of climate change and governments should be actively working (hopefully together) to reduce the impact we are having on the environment.

How about worrying about both?

What will the sequel be called?

Dood, I think you are dehydrated.

I grew up reading you, and know that I'm better for it. Best of luck on your new project!

We all know the truth...

Wife A: Please remember to put the cap on the toothpaste when you're done, honey.

I mean... that would have been a little funny.

We all know what she meant...

Am I just not romantic at all? I feel like this is just waaaaaay to much work..... if someone asked me to marry them that way, I'd probably get hella annoyed.
