Nothing about Tame Impala is yacht rock?
Nothing about Tame Impala is yacht rock?
I’m turning 27 this year and I’ve heard of all but maybe two of these groups.
That would have been the most predictable ending and I can’t imagine it doing anything else than feeling cheap and obligatory. I think this ending was considerably more heartfelt and meaningful and, in many ways, just as heartbreaking as ending with his suicide. Death is a cheap way out; living is something much more…
Cant speak for Bluegrass but there’s no way there are more jazz listeners than metal listeners in this day and age.
The “twist” was the only logical way to end the movie. Otherwise it would have kept spiraling into infinity. It was also an absolutely perfect wrap on the film.
It wasn’t a twist though
The headline in no way suggests there’s a twist and is not even close to a spoiler.
Really? I think it’s fairly easy to pick up.
I’m on ep3 and maybe it develops into something more movie-esque later on but so far it’s episodic.
This is a very soft-logic film, don’t worry about it too much.
Tons of musicians especially hate going back to their old work and actively avoid it. Good for you, but I think you might be the exception here.
Speak for yourself. Out of the hundreds of people I follow on instagram I can count the people who monologue to the camera on two hands. Most people still in no way want to hear themselves or think about their voice.
Listen, all slang is stupid. Everything said during the 90s and 2000s is exactly as if not considerably more stupid than the phrase “thirsty shirtless”
This is absolutely not happening, unfortunately.
I think you’re confusing ‘worst’ with ‘best.’ His tweets are the best part of his festering presidency.
BUT THE ANTS THEMSELVES ARE THE BEST PART OF THE ARC. There’s so much phenomenal character work that goes on with people that could be just faceless monsters. Mereum especially is a fully formed character who, by the end, is incredibly sympathetic, despite his murdering of thousands of people.
Weird cause to me it’s the clear high point of the series and it really isn’t close at all.
I don’t know where you live but in NYC this, like, doesn’t happen. And if it doesn’t happen here, I have my doubts about how much it actually happens elsewhere.
Yes, exactly, now you’re getting it. That person DOES support those things by way of the politicians and platforms they support (again, Biden, Obama, Hillary, etc etc), even if when you asked them they’d probably say they’re not into it.
What? Absolutely it is. It’s typified by the guy who says “yeah it would be really nice to have programs like single payer healthcare or free education that largely benefit the oppressed and would make life livable and enjoyable in our late capitalist hellacape... but our technocrat leaders say that costs too much so…
