Find me a man! Please. I’ll bang anyone. I swear. Where are the Would U post?? I’ll holla.

Linda Thump is probably an anagram for D. Trump. Like I am Voldermont = Tom Riddle.

It’s such a tough choice and I believe that you made the right choice for you. And I’m glad that that relationship is no longer in your life.

I am talking about how the show is discriminatory. If they’re doing it because that’s how it is in RL then it is still discriminatory.

I’m happy for you and I wish continued ignorance upon you for all the days and forever.

I kinda spoke earlier about how the element of sexual coercion is what makes rape such a unique form of asserting power, so for me the sexual element is always front and present.

Well there is a current thread about how victims of sexual abuse navigate the topic so that’s one reason?

Thanks, but to my knowledge there isn’t another descriptor so it’s still aptly applied.

You’re an aficionado then? v. cool. Sincerely stated.

Ugh, 90% about that range. Any and all are acceptable.

He is a token in that he fills a minority quota. This isn’t a discredit to his talent as some have so nicely stated, but this isn’t a boon for the show either.

Fun fact, tokenism doesn’t just refer to how talented someone is. Look at over half of black hollywood. Many talented actors/actresses. Still get casted in token roles to fill a minority quota.

I wish you many more insightful comments in the future.

love your proof.

I am going a million to one that yes, he is. The significant development of his plotline does not undo the industry standard of hiring one minority character.

I’m not asking anyone to like it.

I can only respect each person’s decision. I’m not searching for a concensus (that would be nice), but I’m interested to hear how people navigate the ‘body count.’

I think that is so brave and reasonable. I know reasonable isn’t the best option, but when it comes to healing/coming to terms it’s about making hard choices and doing shit you feel you can do.

I should wager it feels dishonest to me. Like it was sex and that element is so undeniable. I think some of the discourse surround rape as an act of power sidelines the sexual element. Obviously, there are multiple ways to enact ones power over another and without highlighting that it becomes indistinguishable. For

Not a right I am willing to defend/support in any way ever/definitely ruffles my poc feathers. I will die by inclusion.
