MR. PLAY IT SAFE WAS AFRAID TO FLY
Senior year, my one girlfriend and I went to Gulf Shores and it was basically exactly what you described. We read a lot of books, cooked interesting dinners and did some hot tubbing. Gulf Shores isn’t wrong that its not for spring breakers...there’s nowhere to go out there, except FloraBama. And one half closes an…
It is! It’s a secret club! AH! When I had my abortion, I found out basically all of my female friends that I had made as an adult (and who I hadn’t been buds with in college) had one, my Mom had one, my Aunt had a few, my grandmother had one, my boss had one. They just kept coming out of the woodwork!
I remember very distinctly, sitting at the bar with my girlfriends, smoking a cigarette and drinking my second vodka and soda of the night, and saying, “I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant.” So I feel you on that. 23 year old me was not ready to have a kid, and I am so glad I made the choice to terminate. Here I am, sharing…
I love some fancy grilled cheese sandwiches but sometimes (mostly when I’m at my sisters because my BIL doesn’t truck in fancy cheese) and you make a grilled cheese with American and it tastes like childhood.
Critical thinking skills people. Nuts = fat. Fat ≠ unhealthy.
It’s not all Kind bars, just some, yes? And isn’t saturated fat in moderation okay now? Like we determined eggs are now okay last week, right?
I was exposed to a ton of food and yet my mother would despair because I still would never eat her mac and cheese, because I liked the box more. My husband rolls his eyes at me too, because I love a ton of food, had a ton of exposure to it young, and am still convinced that Kraft singles make the best grilled cheese…
I award them the title of most normal-seeming celebrity kids, which includes tantrums and overalls.
Me too. I didn’t get exposed to much for the same reason. I do love trying basically anything (aside from mushrooms). And I love good, fresh food. But sometimes, a pb and j or grilled cheese with American “cheese” or Kraft mac’ and cheese just hits the spot/
It’s not just that the prices have skyrocketed, it’s that the quality has tanked.
Damn I wish you were my doctor! When I saw my old doctor for my annual a couple years ago she was all “I know last year you said you smoke marijuana occasionally, is that still the case?” I was all “No, we got a vaporizer, now I vaporize marijuana occasionally.” She was not as impressed with my healthy lifestyle…
There is bull riding at a rodeo but if you just have bull riding, you do not have a rodeo. Bull riding competition sounds like a suitable, descriptive title.
Hercules kind of looks like he should be hanging out at coachella, tbqh
That picture of Chrissy made me feel a lot better about my inner thigh stretch marks. I honestly thought I was the only one who had them.
Went to St. Louis with some friends, around 2001-ish (I think). Stayed at the same hotel as a bunch of musicians in town for some MTV function (Rock ‘n Jock, maybe?). Met Ludacris in the elevator, he asked us if we would come down to the bar, and when we told him none of us were 21 he had some booze sent to our room.…
But they're like dresses that you can safely wear on a windy day! And also ride a bike in.
I know, I have a very unpopular fashion sense. I'm also ok with leggings as pants, high-waisted jeans, and crop tops. But gladiator sandals? No.
Meh, I’m going to say Lindsay was right here, at least in the emotional language she was using. Dina is likely just relocating in hopes of further sponging off her daughter, and she’s doing her a disservice by doing so. It would be nice if she let those kids get some time away from her so they had more of a chance of…
Lindsay doesn’t want Dina in England, partly because she feels her mom is a bad influence
I read this while watching CNN on the treadmill at the gym and was like “get out of my head!”
