@Hardcore: Honestly, that's all I'm familiar with. As a kid I played I-III and that was it. I just read that in DW III if you entered Erdrick as your name, the game responds with "ENTER YOUR NAME!" which made me laugh.

Is Erdrick still around?
@ppppp: No, but the indie developer who made it does.
This is like the Bizarro Netflix.
The idea of accidentally leaving my 360 on overnight, waking up at 3 am to Milo's screams of "HELP! LET ME OUT OF HERE!!" banging on my television still haunts me, whether it's a "real game" or not.
@samuel.ayaz90: 100% agreed. Halo 2's ending did not suck at all. It was what it needed to be.
@blackkrystal: Yeah, because having several games in a series is a good reason to stop producing them. Especially when they sell like crazy.
Lame. I was hoping "Jimmy" was going to be Jimmy Woods from The Wizard.
@PontiusPirate: So...he's a horse under there?
@gamesk8er: Another band that's not influential enough for a game like this.
Shit. I figured if anything they'd do a Rock Band game after they sort of buddied up with HMX during the Lego Rock Band thing & had that big DLC pack.
@Badmofo: No you didn't. That doesn't even make sense. Even if you think they suck as a metal band for whatever reason, they aren't "pop."
@RockyRan: Totally agree on that second paragraph. They showed us nothing new. Getting back to your roots when necessary is admirable, but this article is sickeningly sweet on Nintendo. They had a good presentation - nothing less, nothing more.
Shrug. I still have no desire to buy a Wii. Sure, they had a presser that wasn't laughable for a change, but to pull a Pulp Fiction quote - let's no start sucking each other's dicks yet. If they can put together a string of good years, then follow it up with quality products year after year, I'll gladly buy back in.
@Variasam2: Gee, Variasam2, they did. It's just that...pff, you know, that doesn't mean consoles still won't fail. Just thought I'd put that out there.
@HealyHQ: Please get higher standards, both of you. All three were average at best. Although that's a step up for Nintendo.
I guess I'm not buying this anyway since it's 150 bucks, but if you can't even control it sitting down, I won't buy it at any price. Don't really have the room for that, I've got everything close enough together as it is already.
Needless levels of enhancement are always welcome.
This really is kind of sad. Although it has yet to prove itself, this at least has the potential to really be something different...not just another motion controller.
@LucasReis - LOCK2K: Same. I know they aren't always technically the best games in terms of mechanics/gameplay, but the storyline and mythology behind it makes up for it. The MK storyline is light years ahead of anything Street Fighter or Guilty Gear or Tekken has done.
