I like the Last Jedi but my problem with Star Wars now is the exact opposite of yours.

On one hand, it’s too bad we won’t get to see it. The Last Jedi might be my favorite Star Wars movie.

It’s possible she didn’t know until now. She’s only been with G/O Media for 10 months. The Anne Hathaway hate was almost 10 years ago, and I don’t think any of the current staff was here then.

Biden can’t work miracles, certainly not with this Senate. Maybe my bar is sadly low, but I’m pleased to see him doing good work on this issue within the boundaries of the Executive. I don’t care if it’s about mobilizing pro-choice voters for the midterms. It’s still the right thing to do.

I’m sure that’s a typo, but I appreciate the pun that in Texas (and other red states) the GOP are willing to let their citizens “free” to death.

I honestly have no idea how you combat such deliberate manipulation like this. It’s legal to lie and falsely frame someone’s words and spread it like an infection. What can possibly be done here?

Yeah, simple rule: If you use the term “politically incorrect” in your apology... you’re not apologizing. The term itself is a way to excuse what you said or did as not actually wrong but just politically inconvenient. It’s the difference between saying “I’m sorry you were upset” instead of “I’m sorry for what I said.”
