Milo doesn’t buy his own garbage at all. His body language when he interacts (lack of eye contact, twitchiness) is reminiscent of a little kid trying to convince you that he didn’t break the flowerpot when his hands are covered with dirt.
I don’t buy Milo believes his garbage; he is just a freak trying to make money and he found his nitche: misogyny, racism, transphobia and Islamophobia. It’s a money making scheme.
