Still eagerly awaiting a price, but this is a nice gesture on their part.

So a blind person playing a visual medium like video games aren't in a worse position playing them that sighted people? I don't get the distinction you're making.
I don't see any difference between beating a game millions of other people have beaten and running 100 meters (like millions of people have done before). Either is worthy of recognition considering the circumstances.
From what I gather, he's not nearly as involved with Scientology as people seem to think. I've seen interviews where he's talked about it, and while he was raised by Scientologist parents, he mostly has a live and let live relationship with the Church. He's not super active in their affairs, apparently.
Man, fuck off.
Are you Richard Dawkins? Because I’ve never heard anyone else so effortlessly say something I agree with while simultaneously convincing me that they're a huge asshole.
Are they being put on a pedestal for their disability, or for their determination, perseverance, and patience?
Despite being raised by Scientologist parents, Beck isn't actually that involved with Scientology. In interviews I've seen he's basically got a live and let live philosophy towards the whole thing, but he's not an active member of the "church" or anything.
This is not a good dog. This is a bad dog.
Beck.
That's fair, but in my opinion even judging it on its own merits it falls short of greatness. There are great moments, but they're separated by a lot of tedium, and the story paths don't go much of anywhere, and the dialogue options don't allow for enough role playing potential.
That, and it just wasn't a great game. Good, sure. As a Fallout game it scratches a particular gaming itch, but it was still a definite step backwards for the franchise.
soneonestopher, stop complaining about Patricia's complaining. We get it. You don't like it. Don't read it.
I really wanted an option to take control of the Institute and free the synths. It seemed like all the groundwork was laid for just such an option, and yet it’s never presented to the player despite all the pieces being in place. Father wants to give you control. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to take over…
Thanks for the update, we were all on the edge of our seats.
Considering "newsworthiness" is measured in clicks, you've cast your vote for "yes."
Plenty of people got it. You just weren't one of them. Get over it.
Just accept that you didn't get it.
Sorry you feel that way, but the comment I was replying to wasn't exactly constructive criticism. Pick your battles.
Apparently you did.
