Why? Who is this affecting negatively?
If that’s the case, then why does the game allow you do pause the game for these tool tips? If it breaks the game, why allow it? And if doesn’t, why not just make it a regular feature?
a lot of people think i’m trolling though, when in fact i just think it’s not a big deal.
It’s very simple: the game should have a pause feature because it’s a standard game feature people want and there’s no reason not to have it, since this work-around already shows that it doesn’t break the game as it exists in literally any way.
Because you don’t always have that kind of time. Sometimes your kid or your pet is moments from doing something dangerous or stupid and you have to do something about it now.
It’s not a huge issue, but it’s also sort of bizarre not to include a pause function, especially if you’re just going to leave in a work-around that lets you do it anyway.
It’s not a big issue, but it’s worth asking the question: if they were just going to leave a work-around in the menus that allows you to pause anyway, why not just let people pause normally?
2-3 hours watching has-beens bitch about how “woke people” ruined comedy?
Yes. One thing being weird doesn’t prevent another thing from also being weird.
You just give every bully you encounter exactly what they want?
No, no. I want other people to get it for me just because I want it, much like you want people to stop talking about things just because you don’t want to hear about them.
I want to have a blind run without knowing what awaits me.
The problem is that it doesn’t feel like a car pedal. There’s way to much resistance up front. I don’t have to push my gas pedal past an arbitrary resistance point to get it to go. The pedal should resist, but it should do so smoothly. Instead you get to go 5mph, then once you’re past the resistance point you’re going…
Is “immersive sim” just another RPG sub-genre then?
Once we started putting experience points and skill trees in our action, adventure, racing, sports, etc. games everything became an RPG to some degree.
It’s really hit or miss. Where it’s well-implemented it really does add something to the experience, but where it’s done poorly it’s more of a hinderance than a feature.
I don’t think it’s quite that good, simply because it doesn’t allow for quick turning the way a mouse does. But it’s definitely an advantage over just using the sticks when it comes to fine movements and lining up precise shots.
Not even remotely close.
Yes.
