This was an excellent read.

No, your disliking an interface because it has features you don’t use is being subjective and by nature an opinion. Which you keep presenting as an alternative to other people’s facts.

And as I said, if you think that’s what happened, then you’re an idiot.

“Women taking drinks out of my hands and downing them?  Sounds like the world I want to live in.”

I thought I made that clear. Drop the obtuse pedantry and communicate in good faith.

I tried to play Gravity Bone and Thirty Flights of Loving a few years back, but both of them consistently crashed on my PC, and I was never able to get them working.

That’s true.  An argument requires good faith, not obtuse pedantry.

“Legit readers,” lol.

They probably don’t threaten their clients with negative repercussions if they tell anyone about the arrangement.

You keep saying that, but do you have any intention of actually explaining how that impacts the situation legally?

My ads comment was in response to a comment about the Xbox One dashboard.

The xbox UI is far more feature rich and thus better. These are facts.

I happen to be an atheist. The difference is that I’m not a fucking prick about it.

You’re not interested in conversing in good faith.

Congress’s power to pass the the Civil Rights Act comes from the Commerce Clause, not the First Amendment.

Yeah, but you can do that without being an asshole at work. You have an obligation as a professional to get along with your coworkers.

The religious freedom guaranteed in the First Amendment is the basis of the argument for protecting religious practices as a civil right, which is materially ensconced in the law via the part of my comment you conveniently ignored: The Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Hopefully cooler heads prevail before this gets out of hand, but can’t believe there isn’t some kind of check and balance in place in the US system to stop this kind of fuckery.

He made it clear all through the Obama years that he thought going to war with Iran was a viable path to presidential reelection.  Now here he is approaching an election with the specter of impeachment hanging over him, digging into a nearly empty bag of tricks and coming up with the same bullshit.

I wish idiots on the internet would stop telling people what they should or shouldn’t believe, but obviously neither of us are going to get what we want.
