Ugh. NY puts conditions on its Excelsior grant (which they are pretending is “free college” in the state system) - you have to stay in NY for four years after you graduate. You also have to *work* in the state - no commuting to NJ. There’s a waiver for grad school but even after that, you gotta come back, otherwise it…

I used to really like his films also. I bought the 20th anniversary box set of all of his movies on Blu-ray.  But something clicked in the theater while watching Hateful Eight that I felt like I had enough of his whole thing.

It’s been downhill since Jackie Brown (his best movie by far).
