This. Most kart tracks I know of go by fastest time not overall position. If the corner workers were paying attention, he should have been flagged for blocking.

How the hell do they not penalize that kind of move? Throw a 10 second+ penalty on his finishing time and go from there.

This is a perfectly acceptable response to blocking at a Kart track. Blocking is the problem there. Not the dump and run.
