Using “Go to bed.” to end all annoying conversations from here on out.

Alas, it doesn’t count as a reunion if Sophia Bush isn’t there. And as she was married to other co-star Chad Michael Murray* for just five months (allegedly due to him cheating on her with regular shit-stirrer Paris Hilton), that’s a reunion less than likely to happen.

Let Bloomberg serve as an example for the people who continue to talk about “electability” and push the fantasy that Warren would get dumped on by Trump. This lady would murder Trump live on stage and then tell you her 17 point plan on how to get blood stains out of your clothes.

Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar, and (to a lesser extent, after her huge fundraising numbers after the debate) Elizabeth Warren are running out of cash.

I’m sooooo sick of the “she needs to drop out and endorse Sanders” people. She has EARNED her place in this race, and the very notion that this accomplished, talented Senator should drop out for any man is beyond exhausting.

If Warren does nothing else but destroy Bloomberg's candidacy, she will have performed a great service to the country.

My old firm had a case where she was opposing counsel 10+ years ago. She was super annoyed because we filed an Emergency Motion in a divorce case where she represented the father. She called up our office to make sure we know how mad she was and just went off. The partner let her rail and then said, “Okay, okay, but

U.S. Soccer Federation Says Men and Women Who Play Soccer Aren’t Doing the Same Job”

Rotunno sounds suspiciously like Utumno, the fortress of Morgoth beyond the Iron Mountains before the remaking of Middle Earth after the war of wrath; the base from which evil spread over the lands as balrogs, dragons, orcs, and chief lieutenant Sauron issued forth to corrupt the works of Eru Iluvatar and challenge

I don’t know if anyone listened to her interview on the Daily, but it was infuriating by the end. I even felt like throughout much of it, she was very smart, very composed, and I didn’t totally agree with her take on most of it, but she came across as reasonable (not commenting on other cases, only the people involved

The more I think about it the more chilling I find it that Trump was so incensed about this sentencing. Stone was potentially on the hook for 9 years. Trump’s unprecedented meddling got that reduced to 40 months and assuming how our system works, Stone would likely only do half that time.

“I don’t know if this is a fact”...then he goes ahead and blurts it out anyway, because who gives a fuck anymore? Just a few years ago the thought of the president behaving this was would have mortified Americans.

Y’all...

“But I’m going to use the bully pulpit of the presidency to proclaim it as one anyway and, in so doing, invite harassment and threats against a private citizen. I do this for a purpose greater than myself or my own ego, however – I do it to own the libs.”

Meanwhile, Trump, enraged about outgoing Intelligence Chief, Joseph Maguire’s recent report that Russia is totally planning to meddle in the election in Trump’s favor, replaced him with Trump Toady and Best-Person-for-the job Richard Grenell, who has no intelligence experience at all.  It’s gonna be an interesting

Hey, cool, the President is using his platform to target an otherwise anonymous, innocent civilian for performing her civic duty.

“That night, I saw a woman placed on a throne without a kingdom while no one watched.”

This article is more beautiful than its subject.

I was reading an article last night on the underlying theories behind each campaign, specifically Sanders and Warren, and I finally found a an analogy that explains the appeal to me of Warren over Sanders.

I don’t disagree, but I would note that by far the most heartening thing about last night was how everyone, moderate or liberal, was extremely quick to unite behind the idea of beating a thin-skinned, vainglorious rich person like a pinata.
