They’re Toyotas, if there’s a good underbody coating for protection and the vehicle is stock, it can last nearly forever with minimal maintenance (fluids/brakes/wipers/tires).

I drive manual mainly for the ability to engine brake esp useful in turns and canyons. Yes, there’s a certain amount of skill required to manipulate the shifter in both downshifting and upshifting esp when double clutching to bypass poor synchro design.
