Oh BS.
Oh BS.
I’m surprised it hasn’t happened already.
I give it 2 years before the insurance companies make it a requirement ( to wear a helmet while riding ) just to be insured. Same with health insurance.
Red states are laboratories and factories of mass death. Don’t set foot in any of them: They are a direct threat to everyone.
I don’t often take the side of health insurers, but the clause to provide proof of insurance is telling. The State is trying to pass off the inevitable medical costs of their policies from State resources (like medicade care) to private companies, but if I were a insurance company, and my client CHOSE not to wear a…
I swear to god its like all of the southern states are trying their absolute damndest to find new ways to kill their residents with one law after another that flies in the face of common sense. I grew up in rural Tennessee and every so often Dad tells me of whatever latest fucking stupid law got passed that nobody…
Hot take: I don’t have sympathy for those who want to drive an inherently unsafe vehicle at motorized speeds. Sorry. If they wanna die, let em. Leave me out of it. Stop yelling at me to “See Motorcycles” when they’re basically naked projectiles at 75 MPH.
My favorite story about these guys: The FL attorney that pushed FL to repeal its helmet law died in a motorcycle crash. And it wasn’t even someone else’s fault; he lost control of the bike while slowing down.
I’m at a point where I don’t think we should be fighting to keep idiots alive any more.
When I owned an android, it just felt like there was always something I had to keep fiddling with to keep up an optimal experience. This could all be a reflection on me and the kind of person I am; always trying to make sure everything is fully optimized, but I’m certainly not unique in this way.
And full disclosure,…
The choice in phones is not always about raw amount of features. I’ve owned both android and iphone and while I loved all the customization and functionality of androids, I found myself never using 99% of what it was capable of doing. At the end of the day, I just wanted a reliable and easy to use device that I didn’t…
Oh I dunno, maybe it’s cus the S24 lineup was launched THIS QUARTER and the newest iPhone came out LAST YEAR. You would think this would be mentioned in the article…
I currently drive a 5 speed. I understand why it died.
It’s clearly a knee jerk reaction, the way Trump calls any coverage that is unfavorable to him “fake news.”
Let this be a lesson to anyone that invests in Tesla or any of Musk’s other industries... when the going gets tough, Musk quits. Tesla’s valuation was already insanely out of whack with real automotive production; now they’re abandoning the mass market to sell robo-taxis? Even if — IF — they could make a safe and…
Doesn’t matter if he believes it. It’s still a lie.
Robotaxis - ROFLMAO. They can’t get what they have to work right.
If Musk is talking, then he’s lying.
Self driving systems are great, you have to keep both hands on the wheel and your foot over the pedals and stay locked in on the road. As opposed to regular driving, where you have to do the same thing.
A crap situation all around, seeing as a guy died. Was he most likely not paying attention when he should’ve been? Yes. Is Autopilot pretty shit and in being so named, encourages Tesla owners to be overly reliant on it? Yes. Both things can be true.
